Leah holds 10 years of managerial experience in Business Outsourcing. For the past 4 years she focused on the downstream energy sector. In 2014, Leah started the first offshore energy supplier BPO in the Middle East. She handpicked a truly outstanding international executive committee and management. Leah holds a MBA in Business Management.

Gila is a result-oriented professional with years or experience in office management, administration, and operations. Gila provides support to our clients, our in office management, and our employees to ensure success and growth throughout our whole company. Gila takes full responsibility for overall coordination and a broad range of services to allow our company to operate efficiently.

Vivian is a PT by trade and a BPO expert from Costa Rica with many years in sales and business training and management, skillfully managing multiple campaigns to perfection. A very large percentage of the success in the organization is because of Vivian’s leadership and skills. Vivian has managed major call center operations in her career, and has brought her wealth of experience and continues to be major asset to the SKI team.
